 Newcastle based record label ‘HUSTLE FACTORY’ are recruiting team members who share a passion for working in the entertainment industry.

HUSTLE FACTORY are looking for people of 18+ who want or have experience in the following:

• Journalists (freelance or assigned)
• Media specialists (cameramen, editors)
• Sales (commission based)
• Online communication (twitter, facebook, email)
• Genre researcher (blogs, collaboration suggestions)
• Street team

Hustle factory is currently the home to Newcastle based artists Okan and Young Littlez.

Okan is arguably Newcastle’s most famed urban musician having performed at the largest and most commonly known events in the North East as well as building up the strongest social presence of all artists in the city (over 200,000 total video views). Young Littlez is quickly becoming Newcastle’s first rap star. Since starring as the lead actor in the Giggs and Example music video ‘Look Over Your Shoulder’ he has been the face of a national retail campaign by Officers Club and is just about to drop his debut single ‘Let Me Know’ which is being played in every club in Newcastle .
